Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

The short version: Liquid Scripture helps you read, memorize, and meditate on Scripture. Use it respectfully, keep your account secure, and know that some journeys are free while an optional one-time purchase can unlock the full library—paid through Stripe on their secure page. The KJV text is public domain; the app itself is ours.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Liquid Scripture (the "App"), operated by LiquidVault Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") and available at liquidscripture.co. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Liquid Scripture is a Scripture memorization and devotional app. We may add, change, or remove features over time as the App grows.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please provide accurate information when you sign in or create an account.

3. Acceptable Use

Please use the App respectfully. Do not attempt to break, overload, copy, or reverse-engineer it; do not use it for unlawful purposes; and do not infringe the rights of others.

4. Free and Paid Features

Liquid Scripture includes free journeys and content. An optional one-time purchase may unlock the full topic library in supported browsers. Which topics are free, which require purchase, and how unlocking works are described in the App before you pay.

5. Payment terms

These payment terms apply when you buy the optional full library unlock (the “Purchase”). They supplement the rest of these Terms.

Payment processor. Payments are processed by Stripe using Stripe Checkout (a hosted payment page operated by Stripe). We do not collect or store your full payment card number on our servers. Your use of Stripe Checkout is also subject to Stripe’s Consumer Terms and Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

What you are buying. The Purchase is a one-time payment for a digital license to access the paid topic library in the App, for personal use, after successful payment and completion of any return or verification step we show you (for example, landing on our checkout success page). Unless checkout is clearly labeled as a recurring subscription, the Purchase is not a subscription.

Price, currency, and taxes. The amount charged, currency, and any taxes or fees are shown on the Stripe Checkout page before you confirm. Promotional codes may apply when Stripe is configured to accept them.

How access is granted. After Stripe confirms payment, we enable the unlock in the App (including on-device flags and, where applicable, server-side records used to confirm your session). If you complete payment but access does not appear, email hello@liquidscripture.co with your Stripe receipt.

Refunds and billing support. Because the Purchase unlocks digital content, all sales are final except where applicable law requires otherwise or we agree in writing to a refund. If you were charged in error, or you completed a successful payment but the library did not unlock after following our in-App steps, contact hello@liquidscripture.co within 14 days of the charge with your Stripe receipt; we will investigate in good faith. Mandatory consumer rights in your country (for example, certain cancellation or refund rules) apply if and to the extent the law says they cannot be waived.

Future changes. We may change prices or what is included in free versus paid tiers for future purchases. Those changes do not apply retroactively to a Purchase you already completed.

6. Intellectual Property

The King James Version Bible text is in the public domain. The App's design, original written content, code, and brand — including "Liquid Scripture" and "LiquidVault" — are owned by LiquidVault Inc. and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Liquid Scripture is intended for personal devotional and educational use and is not a substitute for professional, medical, or pastoral advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiquidVault Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
